Commercial Service

Oak Harbor East Utilities, LLC is your water and sewer service provider. 

Water and sewer service rates for commercial accounts are as follows:

Water

  • $19.00 minimum charge for 4,000 gallons
  • $1.75 per each additional 1000 gallons

Sewer

  • Based on 90% of water consumed with a $16.00 minimum/no maximum

Other Fees

  • $1.00 Department of Health and Hospital
  • 5% Parish Franchise Fee on Water and Sewer
  • 7.75% Fire Flow Fee on Water
  • 2% State tax on water

Delinquency period of 60 days. 

If services must be disconnected, a reconnection fee of $35.00 will be charged.  Reconnection will be made only during work hours.  Monthly statements are mailed by the 30th of each month and are due by the 20th of the following month.  A 5% charge will be added to each account not paid by the 20th.

*PLEASE NOTE: Customers with grinder pumps are responsible for all maintenance and repairs to their units.
